3 Easy Step Recipe:
Step 1: Blend 100gms of Rajesh Kachauri Masala with 500gms of all-purpose flour (maida) and 200gm of refined oil and knead properly.
Step 2: keep the dough aside for half an hour. Then make samll balls, roll it and deep fry in hot oil.
Step 3: Serve hot with green chutney or sabzi. Ingredients: Vigna Mungo (Urad Dal), chillies, Cumin seeds, Black cardamom, Coriander, Fennel Cinnamon, Cassia, Black salt, nutmeg, cloves, mace, Kabab Chini, Fenugreek, Black pepper, Iodized Salt, Asafoetida.
