Pavbhaji Masala
Recipe: Half boiled chopped carrot, french bean, cauli flower, capsicum, green peas total 250g (in equal proporation) and add 250g mashed boiled potato. Heat 20g oil/ghee on pan and fry 60g chopped onion till it turns brown. Make a paste of 10g ginger, 20g garlic and 20g Rajesh Pavbhaji Masala and put it with brown onion. Add 50g chopped tomato and fry it for 7 minutes. Then put chopped boiled vegetable and in it, fry and mash for 5 minutes and then add 100ml water, all to treat and fry it for 10 minutes with continuous matching. Pavbhaji is ready. Add 2 tablespoon lemon juice, butter and copper coriander and serve it hot.
