Ingredients: Turmeric, Coriander, chillies, cardamom, cumin, dry ginger, bayleaf, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg.

Cooking Instructions: For 500gms gravy or 1 kg of dry vegetable, make the paste of 10 gm. Rajesh Sabzi Masala according to your choice fry a small spoon of cumin or chopped onions in 20 gm oil/ghee till brownish colour, than fry the paste of masala for 5 minutes. Now cook vegetable with paste for 5 minutes, mix salt and water according to your need till the well cooked.
