Sambhar Masala
Recipe: Soak 200g Tuvar (Arahar) Dal for 15 minutes in water. Cut vegetables (Drumstic, Binjal, Pumpkin, Onion, Bottle Gourd) for 300-400g. Half boil cut vegetables with 5gm Turmeric Powder. Boil the soaked Dal in 1 litre water for 15-20 Then put half boiled vegetables in Dal with 15-20g Rajesh Sambhar Masala and allow it to boil at low flame.
Then add 1 spoon of dhuli Udad Dal, half spoon of Mustard seeds, 4 whole Red Chillies and few curry leaves and allow it to crackle. Let it boil for 5 minutes and then serve it.
Ingredients: Turmeric, Coriander, chili, Mace, Asafoetida, cloves, Cassia, Black Gram, Tamarind Power, Black pepper, Cumin, Dry Mango Powder, Fenugreek.
